RETURN and COMPLAINT POLICY

You have the legal right to withdraw* from the purchase within 14 days from the day that you receive the product.
The right to return* only applies to unused products in new condition, in their original packaging and with all labels still attached.
- For the right to withdrawal, you have the right to open the packaging and examine the product to the extent necessary to assess its nature, characteristics and functioning.
- When you exercise this right and return the product in original condition, you will receive a full refund excluding the shipping cost.
- If you handle the product to a greater extent than is necessary to determine its character, properties and function, we are entitled to make a depreciation price on the refund.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at contact@zipcov.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging including a note with the RMA number, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return and refunds. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
You can email us at contact@zipcov.com and let us know you want to withdraw from the purchase. If the product has not been sent yet you will receive a full refund. If the product already has been sent you will get a full refund excluding the shipping cost after you have returned the product and we have received it. We will notify you by email when your withdrawal has been processed.
Return of defective/ damaged items must be approved by our customer service.
CLAIMS AND COMPLAINTS
The product is damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
You have the right to claim any original defect in the product that occurs within two (2) years of delivery of the product:
- You always need to make a claim within a reasonable time after you should have noticed the defect
- Your right to claim ends after the two-year liability period has passed.
To file a claim contact us at contact@zipcov.com including a clear description and photos that demonstrate the defect in order to assess the claim.
COMPLAINT
In the event of a dispute, we will comply with the decisions of alternative legal dispute resolution bodies.
